A must Have for eyebrows is a good pencil.I think we found the holy grail with avon luxury pencil!It last all day and does not rub off!after making out with my bf it did not rub off.how good is that!?!!!our beauty testers @the beauty cupcake think this is the best pencil ever.
The pencil cost about 5 bucks cant beat the price and its well worth it.
